About the Presenter
Denise Pickett-Bernard, PhD, RDN, LDN, IFMCP, IFNCP, is the Functional Nutrition concentration track director within the MS in Health Science program at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions.
She earned her PhD in Leadership and Education from Barry University in Florida. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Dietetics, an MS in Food Science and Human Nutrition, and a BS in Food Service Management.
